About the score, which was created in collaboration with King and the LINES dancers, spalding says, \u201c&#8230;[the] music\u2014born while sitting at the feet (literally!) of the phenomenal artists, dancers, dreamers, and lineage bearers comprising LINES Ballet\u2014brought new depth of meaning and coherency to the initial composition in ways I could never have imagined on my own.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Upon its premiere in April 2026, the San Francisco Chronicle hailed <em>LEGACY<\/em> as \u201ca rare kind of magic\u2026that leaves a sense of compositional just-rightness,\u201d while Critical Dance described the dancers of LINES Ballet as \u201ctechnically astonishing\u201d with \u201can air of exquisite elegance.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Intimate yet expansive, <em>LEGACY<\/em>
