Delta Danse Agency

A dance agency

Delta Danse (formerly Le Trait d’Union) was created in 1997 out of a militant desire to promote classically trained dancers and so-called “ballet” companies. Since that day, its artistic line has never ceased to grow and to diversify according to meetings and passions.
The agency has kept firmly anchored its militant will to promote dance in a written form which, while keeping a high standard, is aimed at a wide audience.

Today, it is one of the agencies entirely dedicated to dance that is the most recognized in the European distribution network. Thanks to its dynamism and the recognition it has gained from its historical networks, the agency continues to develop throughout Europe – in particular through correspondents in Berlin and Madrid – as well as in North America and Asia.

Delta Danse, a true artistic network !

Much more than a simple intermediary, Delta Danse positions itself as an influential player in the artistic network, serving both companies and venues:

  • for the choreographers and companies; by accompanying and supporting them in their development through their promotion in venues. This approach implies a total commitment to each of these artistic projects as well as a great deal of trust and loyalty with the partner choreographers and companies.
  • for the venues; by gaining their trust through proposals that are always demanding and of very high quality. To have a wide range of proposals while keeping a logic and a legibility on the artistic approach. By this requirement, Delta Danse wants to be one of the privileged partners of the programming places by establishing a durable relation of loyalty.

In September 2021, a new chapter opened for the agency. “Le Trait d’Union”, often difficult to translate and remember outside the French-speaking world, changed its identity to become Delta Danse. This choice was made in order to harmonise our international presence. Accompanied by its brand new logo, Delta Danse will retain the same values and intentions of the original name, while making it easier to understand and read abroad.

Delta Danse exists thanks to your trust, and we hope to keep it for a long time.

Delta Projet

Our projects and ambitions

Through its branch Delta Project, Delta Danse puts its experience and skills to the service of companies and artists who are not artistically represented by the agency. A project led by the agency’s employees and initiated in 2017 with the company Lanabel by choreographer Annabelle Bonnéry.

Today, with this branch under the responsibility of Sandra Guénard, we support the choreographers Laura Arend, Brigel Gjoka et Edouard Hue in production and administration.
